Salt Lake City, UT — Author Anne Weaver will be one of the featured authors in the upcoming American Association of School Librarians (AASL) 2021 with her published book title Favor: A World Turned Upside Down. A heart-warming children’s book is here to capture our compassionate state towards an adopted kid. Favor is a young boy born in Africa who has his world change overnight when he is adopted into a family from Alaska. Arriving in Alaska means complete separation from the world he knows and enjoys. He is not sure he wants to be separated, and he has to make a choice whether or not to accept this new life and journey.
It is a book based on a true story. This book is part of Yehovah Yasha’s ministry guide demonstrating that a family that blesses each other grows stronger together.

Anne Weaver is the mother of three amazing kids. She and her husband had two biological children and felt that their family was missing someone. After time praying and looking to God for an answer, they were called to Liberia, Africa, where their youngest son, Caleb (Favor) was born. She published another book titled Farm Fiasco, which follows her three children and their adventure on a farm. Currently, Weaver resides in Fairbanks, Alaska.
